Giới thiệu về bộ làm sạch sơ cấp

Ngày nay, do nhu cầu về hoạt động sản xuất và khai thác tăng, các hệ thống băng tải phải hoạt động liên tục, điều này không tránh khỏi các hỏng hóc và lỗi trên hệ thống băng tải đặc biệt khi hệ thống  không được vệ sinh và bảo dưỡng thường xuyên. Do đó, các hệ thống băng tải đều yêu cầu phải có hệ thống gạt sạch băng tải giúp toàn bộ hệ thống băng tải vận hành liên tục với hiệu suất và độ bền cao hơn nhiều lần. Một hệ thống băng tải thông thường cơ bản nhất sẽ cần đến các cơ cấu gạt sạch sơ cấp, gạt sạch thứ cấp, gạt sạch mặt trong băng tải trước tang bị động, gạt sạch các puli tang chống,…

Trong bài viết này chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu về gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp – cơ cấu gạt sạch đầu tiên và quan trọng nhất trong toàn bộ hệ thống gạt sạch băng tải.

Gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp là một cơ cấu cơ khí được lắp ráp ở vị trí 4h tương đối với trục phương ngang của tang chủ động, được thiết kế để loại bỏ những vật liệu còn sót lại trên băng tải sau khi đi hết hành trình vận chuyển. Gạt băng tải sơ cấp có thể dọn sạch từ 75% đến 85% các chất bẩn và vật liệu còn xót lại sau khi đi rót băng tải.

Gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp được cấu tạo bao gồm:

  • Lưỡi gạt
  • Khung cơ khí
  • Cụm cơ cấu đàn hồi

Gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp

Mục đích của hệ thống gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp để bảo vệ hệ thống băng tải, giảm thời gian dừng hoạt động của toàn hệ thống băng tải để làm vệ sinh theo cách thủ công, giảm chi phí bảo trì, tăng thời gian sử dụng băng tải. Từ đó giúp tăng năng xuất sản xuất, lao động cho doanh nghiệp, đồng thời bảo vệ môi trường vệ sinh công nghiệp, bảo vệ an toàn cho người lao động.

Hiện nay trên thế giới có rất nhiều hãng cung cấp gạt sạch băng tải sơ cấp như Hosch, Martin, Jimway, BSTRONG, Kinder Australia, Flexco, Coveya, BSM, …

Lưỡi gạt của gạt sạch băng tải có thể được chế tạo bằng nhựa PU, vật liệu gốm hoặc thép hợp kim.

Đối với Lưỡi PU, khi lắp đặt không yêu cầu độ chính xác cao, không gây hỏng bề mặt băng tải, giá thành hợp lý dễ dàng thay thế.

Lưỡi gạt bằng vật liệu gốm bản chất giống như lưỡi PU nhưng tại vị trí tiếp xúc với bề mặt băng để gạt sạch sẽ được đính kèm 1 lớp vật liệu gốm nhằm tăng tuổi thọ, tăng độ bền mòn cho lưỡi gạt trong quá trình vận hành gạt sạch cho băng tải.

Lưỡi hợp kim được được thiết kế để gạt băng tải với nhiệt độ cao vật liệu dính, tuổi thọ lâu dài.

Các dạng lưỡi gạt hiện nay được chế tạo theo hai dạng lưỡi ghép từ các modul và lưỡi đúc nguyên khối. Sau quá trình thực tế sử dụng, lưỡi gạt dạng lưỡi ghép modul cho thấy rất nhiều lợi ích so với dạng lưỡi đúc nguyên khối như:

- Biên dạng lưỡi vẫn là nguyên khối nhưng được phân chia thành các đoạn 100mm-200mm, có thể dễ dàng tùy chỉnh lắp ghép để tạo ra các bề rộng làm sạch khác nhau phù hợp với hệ thống băng tải

- Bề rộng modul lưỡi ghép càng nhỏ thì bề mặt tiếp xúc với mặt băng tải càng lớn giúp năng suất gạt sạch vật liệu trên băng tải cao hơn.

- Lưỡi gạt thân thiên với vận hành, dễ dàng thích nghi với bề mặt băng biến đổi lớn hoặc các băng tải có chướng ngại vật trên bề mặt sẽ chỉ tác động trên từng đoạn bề rộng lưỡi ghép.

- Dễ dàng sửa chữa hoặc thay mới giúp tiết kiệm chi phí.

Hiện tượng mòn giữa:

Hiện tượng mòn giữa

Hiện tượng mòn giữa là hiện tượng lưỡi gạt băng tải bị mòn ở 2/3 vị trí ở mặt giữa băng tải.

Nguyên nhân của hiện tượng mòn giữa là do lưỡi gạt phải tiếp xúc nhiều với vật liệu vận chuyển tại vị trí này. Khi xuất hiện khe hở trên lưỡi gạt, vị trí này sẽ dần bị mở rộng ra, từ đó dẫn đến mất hiệu quả gạt băng tải tại vị trí trung tâm.

Cách giải quyết thông thường đối với dạng lưỡi đúc liền nguyên khối khi lưỡi gạt băng tải dần mòn là chúng ta siết lò xo để đẩy lưỡi gạt lên sát hơn với băng tải. Vì 2 bên của lưỡi gạt bị mòn ít hơn nên khi chúng ta siết lò xo, mặc dù lò xo được xiết rất căng nhưng ở vị trí giữa lưỡi gạt lúc này đã bị mòn sâu hơn nên hiệu quả gạt sạch tại vị trí trung tâm trở nên kém hơn.

Lưỡi gạt ghép modul có thể khắc phục được hiện tượng mòn giữa vì các lưỡi gạt được ghép bởi các lưỡi gạt nhỏ. Đối với lưỡi dạng modul:

-Khi các lưỡi gạt tại vị trí trung tâm bị mòn, chúng ta có thể dễ dàng thay thế các lưỡi gạt nhỏ đó bằng các lưỡi gạt mới.

-Việc chia nhỏ lưỡi gạt thành các modul như vậy giúp chúng ta giảm được chi phí tồn kho dự phòng, chi phí vận chuyển (dự trữ và vận chuyển các lưỡi nhỏ đơn giản hơn so với một lưỡi khối to).

-Trong tình huống lưỡi bị hỏng một phần, đối với lưỡi liền khối chúng ta phải thay nguyên bộ lưỡi, đối với lưỡi ghép dạng modul chúng ta chỉ phải thay thế phần lưỡi ghép bị hỏng.
