Gối đỡ tự động căng đai và xích tải ROSTA SE-I

  • Tất cả các bộ truyền động đai hoặc xích đều cần một hệ thống căng để bù cho độ dài và độ trượt của đai nhằm giúp các ổ đĩa xích hoạt động trơn tru và yên tĩnh. Bộ căng ROSTA có một trong những hệ số hấp thụ thấp nhất trên thị trường! Điều này có nghĩa là tuổi thọ của xích, dây đai và ròng rọc dài hơn, đồng thời tăng thời gian sản xuất do thời gian ngừng hoạt động để bảo trì ít hơn. Điều này cũng giúp giảm đáng kể chi phí vòng đời. Tất cả các bộ căng ROSTA đều tự điều chỉnh và không cần bảo trì. Tự động bù trượt và căng dây đai.
  • Rosta SE không cần bảo trì các thiết bị căng đai cho truyền động xích và truyền động dây đai. Các hệ thống căng tiêu chuẩn SE ngăn chặn sự cần thiết phải bù lại độ dài do tuổi tác và ngăn chặn sự trượt của dây đai. Cũng làm giảm mức độ tiếng ồn. Thông qua sự kéo dài lão hóa của dây chuyền và dây đai xảy ra. Thiết bị căng SE sẽ tự động điều chỉnh phần mở rộng này và nhờ đó ngăn ngừa hiện tượng chùng và đập của xích cũng như trượt quá mức của dây đai.   • Các phiên bản khác nhau với dải nhiệt độ làm việc lên tới 120°C (bộ căng tiêu chuẩn 80°C). Trong các bảng danh mục tiêu chuẩn có sẵn để lựa chọn loại bộ căng với bộ đĩa xích và các phụ kiện khác có thể được áp dụng với các loại xích khác nhau.

Các bộ căng ROSTA loại SE-I đều được làm bằng thép không gỉ. Chúng có bốn kích cỡ khác nhau: SE-I 15, 18, 27, phiên bản có thân bằng thép không gỉ và SE-I 40 (tương tự như SE 38), phiên bản bằng thép không gỉ được hàn. Phụ kiện Căng ROSTA SE

Bộ căng xích và căng đai Rosta dễ dàng lắp đặt với nhiều phụ kiện đi kèm cho phép định vị chính xác theo dõi chuỗi có liên quan. Ổ bi 2Z / C3, được bôi trơn liên tục. Nhiệt độ làm việc: – 40 ° đến + 100 ° C. Nếu không có đơn vị nào khác được chỉ định, các thông số được tính bằng mm. Các phụ kiện bao gồm:

7/ Khung WS

Các mô-đun ROSTA phải được kết nối trên các bộ phận/cấu trúc của máy bằng các kẹp và giá đỡ được tiêu chuẩn hóa. Các kết nối hàn có liên quan sẽ ảnh hưởng (quá nóng) các miếng đệm cao su và làm hỏng toàn bộ thiết bị treo!

Giá đỡ đa năng này giúp kết nối vít dễ dàng trên các ô vuông bên trong của bộ phận treo cao su ROSTA loại DR-A, DK-A và DO-A (cũng như cố định vỏ của thiết bị căng loại SE). Đế của phần góc có thể được định vị theo cả hai hướng và cung cấp cùng với các kẹp khác nhau nhiều khả năng kết hợp của việc lắp ráp phần tử. Các giá đỡ được sơn hoàn thiện.

Bố cục «Z»
Nếu bánh xe căng xích / thanh trượt xích hoặc con lăn căng được gắn ở phía bên ngoài của tay đòn, thì khoảng cách «Z» nên càng ngắn càng tốt.Giá trị lực căng trước F tối đa không được vượt quá 50 % (căng trước ~ 20 ° )..		 Sử dụng gối đỡ  căng đai Boomerang® SE-B
Trong các bộ truyền xích và dây đai rất dài, nên lắp đặt một số bộ căng dây ở phía trùng để bù lại độ giãn dài xảy ra. «Boomerang» với  cánh tay đòn kép uốn cong được trang bị hai đĩa răng xích hoặc kết hợp ròng rọc có rãnh và con lăn phẳng (ổ đĩa đai) cung cấp khả năng căng gấp 3 lần để khắc phục độ giãn dài của xích hoặc dây đai do  tiếp xúc biên dạng hình chữ S. Vỏ bộ căng đai được cố định với một cờ lê và siết chặt theo hướng mong muốn. Sau đó siết chặt vít bằng mô -men xoắn MA phù hợp.

Hướng dẫn lắp đặt cho các gối đỡ căng đai
Định vị tiêu chuẩn
Thiết bị căng ROSTA nên được đặt ở mặt trùng của bộ truyền động xích, gần với đĩa xích nhỏ hơn để mở rộng cung tiếp xúc, bộ căng đai sẽ tiếp xúc từ phía bên ngoài của ổ đĩa xích. Ở vị trí được lắp, tay đòn căng phải ở gần song song với đường chạy của xích, theo hướng thoát nước. Bởi bộ truyền động xích cực dài, nên lắp một số bộ căng hoặc loại Boomerang S để tăng cường phần bù trùng.		 Bộ truyền động xích đảo chiều
Trên bộ truyền động xích đảo chiều, chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên lắp đặt hai bộ căng xích, một bộ mỗi phía dây xích chuyền. Bởi vì liên tục kéo chùng luân phiên, tùy thuộc vào hướng di chuyển của ổ đĩa, cả hai bộ căng chỉ nên được căng trước đến tối đa 20° để giữ lại góc quay tự do 10% khi thay đổi từ phần trùng sang phần làm việc
Gắn đĩa răng
Khi siết chặt lần đầu tiên, ít nhất 3 răng của đĩa xích phải ăn khớp với xích. Chiều dài tự do của xích giữa bánh xe mười và đĩa xích tiếp theo ít nhất phải là 4 đoạn		 Hướng dẫn xích

– Khi lắp đặt trong phần trùng cả hai vòng vành đai tiếp xúc puly phải có đủ góc quấn (bộ dẫn động và bộ bị dẫn động).
